Under staff but food was fresh
Slow service they always get your order wrong give you back the wrong amount of change and you wait in line too long I don't recommend anyone to go to this place
Food was hot and cooked properly. Customer Service was great and I was met with a smile. Thumbs up.
Waited in the drive-thru too long but only due to a 15-passenger van. The drive-thru service is usually great but this time because of the over-busy atmosphere service was slow. Also, customers do better and stop being some as#%@.
It's Churches chicken for ya if you've had it u know what I mean
Chicken seems to be refried or the shortening needed to be changed. After first bite, wanted to revert it back. My loss.
I went through the drivethru and I got the Wrong drink. Of course I didn't realize it until I got home on the northside and went to churches on 18 th street. That was after sitting in line for at least 10 minutes chicken, biscuit and apple pie was good but the fries were under cooked
Employee had a nasty attitude after a simple misunderstanding. Will not be returning to this location.
The day I visited the drive thru attendant was very professional and super nice
