Growing up my boyfriend and I went to Chuckee cheese so this was a nostalgic experience. The manager was checking all the machines and replaced tokens that went into machines that weren't working properly as well. The mascot walked around multiple times while we were there. I highly recommend getting a pizza $15-20 and grabbing the 250 $50 token deal. That amount will last you a good couple hours of entertainment. If you have a special needs child like me try to go on a week day early afternoon when they're dead. My son threw one of the basketballs too hard and got it stuck the staff were very understanding. I truly do recommend you check it out if you haven't yet.

the kids had alot of fun. the staff were great. chuck e. was entertaining. the expense was ridiculously high for a kids pizza/ arcade joint. seriously, spent so much money for 1 large pizza, 5 small drinks, a salad and a handful of tokens. we will go again but, geez, it costs so much!
Kids Loved this place! id complain about some the games being broken too much. Although they do have older games and some break often. but its fine and also the pizza is EPIC
Half the machines weren't working, and a lot of them ran out of tickets. The pizza was good, staff was friendly, but- Oh. My. God- I swear that Chuck E. Cheese animatronic in there, is POSSESSED.... It kept looking at me everytime I got out of my seat and walked to a different spot in the building, not trying to be dramatic or wierd, I'm being for real, that thing was giving me bad vibes, I've never had a good feeling about that robot, I feel stupid for saying that because it's just a robot, but still...and the shorts on Chuck E. were tore badly so it gave it a creepy abandoned look
Over half the games didn’t work. Some had signs on them being out of order but lots more didn’t work “no out of order signs”. Took a lot of tokens because games didn’t work. The store needs to be updated & games fixed. When telling manager about one of the games that “uses water” he says “a water game” like he didn’t even know what kind of games was even in the store. Don’t recommend this Chuck E. Cheese to anyone.
Half of the machines don’t work or no tickets. None around to help. Everybody confused. Ordered at 7:40pm and received first pizza of 2 at 8:35pm. Closing by the time we had the other pizza Anna app tray.

Half the games were broken. Had to keep asking for coins back or for tickets to be filled after finishing the game.
