Placed an order & asked for everything to be fresh &no it isn’t always fresh here. The mgr told the employee to relay that they’ll have to get whatever we have ready & we won’t be cooking anything fresh, . Sir/Ma’am you’ll give me whatever my money pay for or just give me my money back. Chick fil a be careful how you treat your customers. You never know who you’re serving. ?#Pecanland Mall

First in line on my lunch break and my sandwich was bloody on the inside. had it replaced and the pickle free sandwich had pickles. I just went elsewhere. just bs to have to return 2 sandwiches in that line of mayhem. I ain't coming back.
As always Chick-Fil-A delivers. Food was hot and fresh however the reason for four stars is the mobile order is required to enter the drive-thru which everyone knows can be extensive lol Mobile orders should have their own area for pickups.

Chicken minis can't eat just one, had to grab some lunch on the way home for my father in law. His Chicken sandwich satisfied him
