Ventrell(I'm sorry if this is spelled wrong)was our server, and she was the sweetest soul, and went above and beyond to serve my family and I. Big beautiful smile, extremely friendly, and service was on point! Best experience I have ever had there!
Good food but not so clean.
It was a long wait in the drive thru.. But it was worth the wait!! The food was hot, fresh and delicious. Best Captain D's in Monroe hands down.
The food was good, it just they didn't quite get the order completing right. They use recycled straws and paper.
Waited 22 minutes for order. Finally recieved order. Mgr on duty refunded my order. Guy peeking thru door to visit with someone he knew meanwhile orders are steadily piling up. A refund was/is not my motivation. It's busy everywhere during lunchtime but that's absurd. Southside needs to step up its customer service and get the orders out. Side note- witnessed an employee tumble a cup of ice on the counter and proceed to fill cup with tea for a drive thru order. She didn't realize anyone saw what happened.Store # 205950

Great place, the staff was friendly even tho they were busy. They stayed focused on each customer.The food was delicious and still warm after a 40 minute ride home! Thank you for putting aluminum foil on the top to help hold in the heat. I got home did not have to heat food up in microwave!! Thank you! The pecan pie was delicious also!
Wanted something to eat after plane ride from Texas to Louisiana (home). Hadn't been there in years but was very good. I had more than enough food and very good.
