Best fried chicken I've ever had and I know good fried chicken!!!! and omg the hot water cornbread....is a MUST have. Friendly and helpful staff will be seeing my face quite often!!!! Can't wait to go back

Got there is was so packed and it was no where to park. Now that's a green flag. I came back 15 minutes later and it was way easier to get in their. Ordered black eyed peas rice gravy and fried pork chops, hot water bread. All was good. Will be back soon!

Spent maybe 5 minutes in here to pick out my meal, very friendly staff. Had fried chicken and ribs. Wow! The chicken was moist and flavorful and the ribs were made to perfection. Ribs were smoky and almost fall-off-the bone pull! Definitely coming back while I'm in town.

I think big mama fine food need to be upgraded!! And I use to like to go there to eat, but I kept noticing that the ladies are very Rude!! up there, so I stop giving them my business!!!!!
My first visit and probably not my last. This is some really good Soul Food, with a touch of Comfort Foods, home style.My wife and I really enjoyed the Pork Chop dinner with gravy and some zesty greens on the side. No skimpy servings here. Our to-go food container was noticebly heavy. We both made two meals out of one serving. Whenever I am back in Monroe for my Doctor's appointments, we shall return. Go Big Momma's Fine Foods.
Regular customer. Had hair in my food and I was told it didn't have sauce on it. These things happen but unfortunately this situation was not handled properly. No one had on hair nets so is it so hard to believe a customer had hair in their food? Good food poor manners won't be returning.
