Great service,cozy, with a vintage decor & creative dishes
I just left the ball field and called an order in. They had 5 minutes before closing. The best waitress took my order of 3 plates and she was so sweet and you could tell she enjoyed her job. She could have easily said we are about to close but she didn’t. Then when we got there our food came out right on time and I must say it was amazing! Delicious and more than enough to fill us up! Can make another meal out of it! BBQ Pit at Sterlington you got my business again soon! Yummy and great service, rare these days.
First time trying this place. Everything was great, especially the deep fried rib and potato salad. The friendliest girl brought our food to the car. We will defianlty be going back!
Read a review earlier this, so here I am. Loved it! Warm, friendly greeting & service. Ordered 3-meat plate with ribs, brisket, & chicken. The ribs were awesome. Sides were baked potato salad and onion rings. Those hand-battered onion rings were divine! My favorite thing (after the onion rings) were the wood covered walls.
I walked into the establishment and was immediately greeted by a one armed, 3 eyed woman named Janice. She smelled like someone left their cigarettes in a raw onion for 4 weeks before smoking them. I also tried their red beans and rice which I could swear contained the remains of the raccoon I passed on my way through the parking lot. 0/10. May god have mercy on your souls.Signed,Deez
Great food and a friendly staff. A laid back and clean restaurant with good food. Try their pit loaded fries. I tried them and I have never ordered anything else. Delicious is an understatement, they are absolutely phenomenal. Honestly, I order these for lunch and I will have enough left over for dinner. You can feed two off of the plate they give you.
This place is amazing from the people to the food and atmosphere, you feel right at home!! And I took a yummy bag of pork rinds home, all the way to Oregon!The staff and owner are fantastic!
Great customer service dining area is nice and clean sports bar feel. The BBQ is really good has good flavor can't go wrong with any of the meats. The sides are okay they could be a little bigger for the price. Top of the list when it comes to BBQ.
Normally not in this part of town so decided to stop in for lunch. Two of us, we had the pulled pork and chicken, with slaw, baked beans and onion rings. The pork loin was good and moist with good seasonings. Did not need any BBQ sauce, but wanted to taste the house sauce and it was very good. Chicken had a good skin, well seasoned and the chicken was good and moist also. Overall good BBQ and sides. The two ladies that served us were very nice and attentive. Will go again!
