Staff was very hospitable. Food was flavorful and prepared perfectly. Good place for large groups.
Rude person taking orders over the phone. Waited on hold 4 minutes ( that's fine) and then the line was disconnected. I figured they were busy, no big deal. Called back 10 minutes later, a lady answered, I requested a modification to my online order and i barely finished speaking before she hung up with no response. Called immediately back with no answer. Order was also made incorrectly
Signature hummus pretty good. Loved their lentil soup. Grilled veggies great to use to hummus dipping. Friendly staff.
The staff was lazy, bad attitude, & inattentive. Food was ok but hard to mess up salad/hummus plate. Not a fan of this location.
The cashier did not know anything at all and charged me for two half pints for 4.59 each when I asked for two pints, when a whole pint (so two half pints) is 6.59. Had to ask for utensils and a bunch of other stuff. Very disorganized, made me frustrated. Felt bad if I complained because obviously the cashier knew nothing. Hate that I came to the south shore for this, won’t be back again.
Always so fresh and so healthy and delicious. One restaurant that I have chosen so many things, breaking my pattern of the same thing every time. Love the convenience of the drive up on Veterans and Houma Blvd.
Compared to the Old Metaire location, the quality of food here is terrible. If you're ordering online and have a choice, don't choose this one. Consistently low quality.
Good food! Bad costumer service!!! The girl at the register was very unprofessional and looks like she hate costumers. They should work on hiring better employees.
Worst customer service ever. Try to call and place an order- they are clearly inconvenienced by their phone ringing. Yes people are short handed right now but that is a not an excuse for being rude. I’ll just order my catering elsewhere.
Food was great. Staff was hospitable and friendly. The colors of the food popped and made it incredibly appetizing. Music not too loud and entertaining - piped in and tasteful. This was a hit for sure - and not a miss. Will dine here again!
