Customer service is excellent, but the food was absolutely horrible. Boneless wings were undercooked and traditional wings were overcooked - all sitting in a pool of oil... ??
Slow as ever …DONT ANSWER PHONES DIRTY TABLES TRASH RUNNING OVER DRINK STATION AREA NOT CLEAN.. WHILE EVERYONE STANDS AROUND ON THERE PHONES. I recently witnessed the cashier clock in and immediately started handling guest orders and she didn’t even wash her hands…..BIG NO NO…. TIGHTEN UP

Walked in to place order only to be told they're only accepting online orders. So fine. I download the app and place my order and wait about 20 minutes for them to complete my order. Get it, go to my car look at it and...GREASE. A small puddle of grease the chicken is sitting in. Ridiculous. The workers were not professional at all. In there playing around. Joking back and forth more than working. Left pic is garlic parmesan and the right is the lemon pepper. First time and LAST coming here. So SAD!
Ordered food for a party to be delivered 5:00. 5:30 with a house full of people they would not answer the phones. I had to go pick it up. This place is terribly managed. This is not the first time…
Horrible Service. Disgustingly Dirty inside and out. Gross. Hours constantly changing. Poor poor quality. Update....still trashy. They won't even take out garbage.
The female staff present on 2/10/22 are horrible. My food was ready for 20 minutes before they let me take it. Lied and said that there was a mix up when she was ignoring me while telling her my name, and it was ready the first time I asked for the order. Fries were soggy by the time I received my order. Order was incomplete as well. Horrible service and just the rudest human beings I've ever encountered at this location. Will never return to this store to conduct business again.
Tried ordering online but ordering and delivery was down. Looked online and showed open 11am to 11pm. We drove to the location walked in at 4pm and they told us closed until 5pm but there was no signs of the current hours being 5pm. Waste of time and trip. Atleast have a sign on the door as well as a notice on the website.
Please just put a trashcan inside. I'd rather clear my own trash after I eat than clear someone else's so I can eat. Disgusting.
12/14/21 before closing I ordered 10pcs boneless mild wings online. Wings was extra greasy an were plain no sauce whatsoever! This place has really gone down hill in the past year or so.....
