The WORST Wendy's that I have ever been to!!!! Service is so SLOWWW it's unbelievable ?? Not to mention the Workers are extremely RUDE!!! They are ALWAYS out of at least 1 item that I am trying to order!!! Seems like they are just being lazy & don't want to do their job so instead they tell you that they don't have whatever it is that you need etc etc etc....I suggest going to another Wendy's or fast food restaurant because this Wendy's will RUIN YOUR DAY!!!
You know how you see something new advertised on the drive thru and it looks great? Well Wendy's got me with their new hot and spicy chicken sandwich. It was ok at best and the meal package was $10.99. Too expensive for mediocre food. Kinda weird cause most of their food is decent. Pass on the new chicken sandwich.
Good and bad, I've been there and had friendly service and great food but also been there and experienced rude staff and bad food ( cold fries or nuggets :old tasting burger, and attitude ) consistency seems an issue .
I'll be honest, it would be a five-star review if they didn't take away the vanilla the Frosty
If I could give no stars I would. This place is really trash. The food taste disgusting. The workers are soo rude and don’t even tell you the total when you pull up they just take your card. I went to get some extra pepper bc I like my food with flavor and she was very rude she cursed. Management is very lacking here. Do not go here. Poor service, poor quality for food, poor customer service.
We are on a special diet and they worked with us wonderfully. Great salad for a reasonable price.
Food was cold after being asked to pull up and wait. Had to go back to ask for straws ketchup and napkins even though we ordered 4 meals
Food is fine but the service is unbelievably slow. 4-5 cars is a 30 minute wait every time. Always seems understaffed. Maybe pay better and you won't be constantly trying to hire?
The quality of the food was horrible and very overpriced since the last time I have by been there. Also that female who was working the register that took my order was very unprofessional and rude to me. She seemed like I was botherng her and even suggested that I should Cook at home instead. I used to love wenys but I doubt I'll be going back unfortunately ?
The food took about 45 minutes to get ordered and made even though we were the only ones in line. The staff was not very friendly and completely understand. They had one woman doing all the work, an elderly man who could barely move and one lady standing in back looking confused.Once we received the order, (she forgot half of it originally) minus the nuggets not being spicy, it was correct, correct temperature and tasted good.Anyone looking for a job please apply because I felt horrible for the lady doing everything. (I'll assume she was the manager).
