Just picked up 3 items from here: grilled cheese (toast was burnt), burger and fries (fries were dropped twice, so also overcooked), and grilled chicken caesar salad (not much chicken). Aside from the underwhelming food preparation, there was oil coating the bottom of my bag and very hot items were placed right on top of my cold salad. I had to ask someone to assist me with the mess because the employee who noticed quickly attempted to divert his attention instead of assisting. Finally, although the grab and go items in the cooler are the same size and come from the same kitchen, they’re marked down. When I noticed there was a premium cost associated with my counter order and asked for an adjustment from the manager, she tried to justify it but it made no sense. Felt dishonest. Overall, pretty disappointed and won’t be back.

The Pilgrim sandwich was amazing. I love their unique selection. Staff was attentive and friendly. Will definitely be back.

The food is outstanding! Excellent service too!

I don’t like posting bad reviews but the breakfast was so bad for the extremely high price. If the food had at least been decent I wouldn’t mind the price but this was not even edible.

Wow, is all I can say. I finally found my BETTER version of Dean & DeLuca in New Orleans (Metairie). This is the most gorgeous space and the food is exactly what you’d expect: fresh and ready-to-go.This will be my new favorite spot for salads, coffee meeting spot, cakes (they have King Cake!), sweets, etc.

Parking on the sides. Walking in, you order at the counter. Prices seem reasonable. I got a cup of the chowder and the fall salad. Both were delightful. Inside is cafe type seating. Everything was neat and clean. Employees were busy cleaning and helping customers.

Great new lunch spot! Salmon salad was one of the best ever. Burger was top notch too. However - quick warning… if you order at the counter, you can tip any amount. But if the waiter brings something to the table, they are very sneaky, and hit the 20% tip button before they bring the food to you. The blond girl did it twice to us. Good for her, as she is making tons of cash with her scheme. But not very honest.

fantastic food and goodies. hands down

I like to taste restaurants after they have been open at least six months to let them settle in and work out the kinks. Larder had sufficient time to address any shortfalls but ultimately did not do so, in my estimation. The menu was enticing but each food item seemed significantly overpriced. We ordered and had a seat at a dirty table. The place was busy but it didn't seem like anyone was interested in clearing tables. Our food arrived within a reasonable time but that's where my compliments end. I had the Cuban sandwich and I should have ordered a gallon of water.... It was sooooo salty as to be inedible. My wife had a salad and said it was bland and underwhelming. This after spending $50+ for lunch! I think they are trying too hard and need to simplify their menu and approach to what people really want. Great potential but I'm guessing absentee owners are causing a decline in quality.
