Food always seems fresh, quick service. Very small restaurant so seating can be a struggle during peak times. I like the fish tacos here! No free chips and salsa so I'm not sure we can even classify this as a real Mexican restaurant ?

The food is always amazing. Portions are huge for the price. You can tell everything is freshly made. I’ve been coming here for years. The uptown location and this one. Love when I get to share it with others. Always a staple for me!
I recommend the tongue. Either in a taco or in the California burrito. This place make amazing brazed tongue. It is extremely tender shredded beef.
We must have come on an off night. This looks like an authentic Mexican restaurant from the outside. The food is far from authentic Mexican. Cheddar cheese, barbecue tacos, didn't know what el pastor was. A lot of the Staples of a Mexican restaurant we're not on the menu. The food we ordered was not good at all, I see reviews are great which is why I assume we just had an off night.
I recommended any of their enchiladas! They’re very authentic and taste AMAZING. The margaritas were also tasty as well. Very cozy atmosphere and great service!!!
The service was good. The sangria was good, and I loved the blacked fish tacos. The pineapple salsa was great! The Carne Asada not as much, it was really fast, but I'm not a ribeye myself so others may like it.
OMG the California burrito is the enormous and so very tasty! Salsa Fresca and chips with guacamole - all fresh!
