This place always says they're out of whatever they don't feel like making. After the drive thru attendant spent all her breath telling me what they were out of, I asked her what it was that they DID have. She said "tacos and regular burritos."This isn't the first bad experience I've had here, or even the worst. Somehow, I always give them much more credit than they deserve, and am ceremoniously disappointed somehow. ?I need to get out of this neighborhood ?♂️
We visit this location frequently. This is the 8th time in two months We have tried to order through the drive through and the location has stopped taking orders early. We are usually there around 10-11pm (after work) and the location doesn’t close until 12, however they close early. It’s very frustrating!
35 minutes in line half of the product on the menu they didn't have and they didn't have no change the worst Taco Bell I have ever seen
great service, the ladies that work here in the morning are always nice kind and friendly and the burrito is the best
I arrived at the drive thru Thursday at 9:20 PM. Mind you, hours of operation say you all close at 11PM. I FINALLY get to the speaker box at 10PM on the dot for an employee to say “we closed”. If that’s the case please update your hours of operation and don’t make customers wait 40 minutes in line to place AND/OR pick up an order through a drive thru. Thanks.
The staff were very helpful, and the girl taking our order was very sweet. Everything is very efficient and well-organized. As a bonus, the tacos have a good amount of meat and toppings!
Ordered app for in lobby pickup. System was down so the inside was not open, had to sit in drive-thru line anyways. The two young ladies that I encountered; however, were making the best out of the obnoxious situation & their laughter was so worth it!
It was fast, and efficient. Food was great as always. The waiting time was short, and what else can I say? Da bomb!!!
I must share how pleasant my experience with STERLING H. was tonight at Taco Bell 034459, 8817 W. Veterans Memorial blvd. On 3/3/22. He was friendly, extremely nice, courteous, well spoken, highly professional, respectful, an absolute gentlemen who took my order. The manner in which he handled a very busy and long line, while giving full attention to each customer, is the perfect example of how a restaurant's customer experience should be. His customer service skills are remarkable. He deserves the highest recognition an employee can receive. Thank you Sterling H. you made my day!
I got in the drive through line at 8:30 pm, told it would be a 30 minute wait for just 3 items out of the whole menu. I declined, but I guess the car ahead of me ordered and I was forced to wait 15 minutes just to exit.
