Of the two kiosks to order food one was broken no counter help the order was placed and lost they didn't have available what I ordered. Finally ordered something else went to get my drink and the drink machine and the over spill trays was full of mold. I wasn't about to check the drink dispensers for there cleanliness and safety. This store should be shut down by Taco Bell reorganized thoroughly clean and sanitize the facility especially the drink machines. Get counter help and do whatever is necessary to keep adequate staffing or shut it down.
Literally the worst taco bell ever. Quessidilla had two bites of meat and cheese in the entire thing. Ordered a chipotle chicken wrap and got some kind of monstrosity instead
They charges me foe the wrong item and I didn't even get it! Plus missing other items. It wasn't worth sitting in line another 30 minutes for $8 but it's sh!t..
one of the worse taco bell location ive experience i've place an order online and they confirm my order to be ready to pick up but when i got there they told me they never received my order. Wasting my time, my gas for nothing. I'll never go back to this taco bell location ever again.
The WORST AND I MEAN THE WORST Taco Bell I have ever been too and I have had more than plenty of experience there and maybe 2 and yeah really out all those times only 2 times where okay visit there so if you can do with out or drive to another location cause 9 times outta 10 you will have an horrible experience
Would be 4 stars if they had told me at the drive thru order speaker they didn't have lettuce.Edit 1 year later: came here at 9:15pm on a Wednesday night - was told there is a 45 minute wait on EVERY MENU ITEM because they ran out of everything. I would immediately fire who ever fault this is. This is not how you run a business. Let alone a kitchen. I know because I've been in the restaurant industry over 15 years.When we pulled off, we could see the workers fraternizing and playing on their phones at the pay counter.
I placed a mobile order and was hassled because it wasn't received when I got to the window.. the young lady was so rude and refused to take my phone to show proof that I in fact placed the order. Low and behold my order finally populated into their system and my order was made WRONG. Never visit this restaurant because the workers are unprofessional and rude. If I could give a half star I would ????????
Was just sitting around with there children and left me stand waiting for 25min. To be served not happy with these people there I won't go back there anymore.
If I could give them zero stars I would..every single time my order has something missing or just dead wrong...just pulled up at 845 to try again...but they said they were closed. When they are supposed to close at 10pm....smh worst taco bell I have ever been to by far...only reason i even go there is cause its close to my house....but this was the last straw...never going to this location again.!!
Attitude. Said they closed at 8 . Ridiculous. Now I go 10 min down the road to Clearview and don't have any issues
