It would be really great to actually use the kisok to order food. We walked in and the girl working yelled from across the restaurant "let me take our order over here"... so i oblige her. We walk over to the counter and stand there amd wait while she continues to take orders at the window. We keep waiting and waiting. Then I decided to yell back at her "hey, we ready"... we waited a short bit and she finally takes our order from across the kitchen area... all with a attutude about it. Then low and behold, our order was wrong...got the completely wrong thing I wanted. Had she let me order at the kisok i would have gotten the correct thing. Disappointing.
Very in pleased with this Tacobell. Waited in line for over 30 mins to get up to the speaker and for them to tell me they were closed. As per the website says they close at three not two. And for them to not help everyone that was waiting 30 plus mins to order food is beyond me. Definitely would not recommend this Taco Bell
Our favorite fast-food chain. Very hard to understand the voice on the intercom. so we prefer to go to aTaco Bell, a few blocks down. We miss the tostadas!
My husband and I just visited the Taco Bell at 1805 Veterans In Metairie. The staff that is working right now is on point. They were extremely friendly, polite, and welcoming. We ordered ahead on the app and our food was ready when we walked in the door. I don’t usually write reviews but after this experience I believe the staff deserved a shout out!! Thank you to the employees that were working on 6/9/22 @ 7:30pm.
Can't read a screen, forgot my drink, asked for no sour cream on a burrito, they messed that up. I went back for my drink and a new burrito, I got my cup and filled it myself, got home to find they'd put sour cream on my burrito, again. Dense.
My food was very good. 5 dollar box
I Ordered Supreme Taco.Attached photos are of 2. I gave away the other. It was the same.Bean burrito, requested there be no sauce. It had sauce.
Update hours if you're gonna be closed 2 hours before your posted hours. Google search it drive across town for an employee chilling in the parking lot to say they are closed.
Don’t go here their advertising is not true! Arrive at 11:20 when they close at 12 am got told by someone who claims they were a manager. When I asked her why they are closed earlier than what is represented she reply” we don’t have minors for the shift” then proceeded to “call the cops” because I told her the sign is false advertising. How disgusting!!! Never ever again with this restaurant location. A manager would technically know when they closed!
Never actually open. Gone several nights in a row to be told they're closed for no reason or they've put cones blocking the drive through. When you actually get food, it's put together with old hard tortillas or covered in mess from the line. Drinks taste like mildew. No COVID safety.
