Sat inside after ordering our food. Waited 45 minutes to walk up to the counter to ask were our food was. To be told they gave it out the window to someone else. The whole time we were there nobody walked in . They empty the drive thru 4 times while there brought out 5 orders and stood around.
Does anyone own/run this place? I’ve had to cancel 4 online orders here because when I showed up at like 7-8pm they’re always closed. The employees are always milling around in the dark restaurant peeping out the windows. It’s super creepy. Maybe if you paid your employees more than $8 an hour you could make some $$ off this location. Anyway, this Taco Bell is the worst, just move to a different city, everything in New Orleans is terrible.
I always order through the app because there are more options. My order is usually correct and I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes.
This Taco Bell has never messed up my order and has always been well made. Not looking like it has been abused and old. I must say inflation is real though.
Everything was completely fresh and so amazing. We both noticed how great it tasted compared to other taco Bell's. The staff was acomadating . We were in a U-Haul that was to high to make it thru drive thru so we walked through and they didn't give us any problems..
I tried my best not to have to write this review but after 3 emails, speaking with 3 "customer service" reps and still not having my issue resolved i have no choice. I ordered breakfast through the app. When i arrived at the store i was informed they were no longer serving breakfast. I was told i had to cancel through the app to receive a refund. There was no option to cancel the order so i sent an email to customer service, 2 days later a second email and 2 days later a 3rd email with no feedback from Tacobell. I called the customer service number abd spoke with an agent. I was ensured of a refund but never received the refund. Since then i have spoken with 2 more "customer service" agents, ensured of refunds that were never received. At this point it's not even about the money it's about the principal. I will never give Tacobell my money again and suggest you should do the same.
If you don’t actually close at this time you should change it. Hell if you don’t close any where near this time you should change it on the internet. since the last few days I’ve been coming earlier and earlier and no one is ever there or they close off the drive up. Really just want them nacho fry’s bro. ? I’ve done this for several stores I’m an emt and get out late but not late enough for all the supposed midnight to 1am to 2am stores to be closed and yet here we are ??
I just waited 20 mins in the drive thru, ordered 4 of the same exact thing, a drink and cup of water. When i realized i didnt get the water the window was already shut and i am to sick and tired i just wanted to get home and eat. I get home and nothing of what i ordered was in the bag. I am sick, pregnant and literally in tears, so upset (i know dramatic) but u know whatits like to think u have something and be excited about it. And everything in the bag is spicey or hot to a degree and i CANNOT EAT that once so ever. I called 3 times and no answer, and literally to sock to drive back. This is not fair. Or fair to the person that got my order. I guess ill just starve tonight.
This place is so awful, and the workers are so incompetent, the supposed to open at 9:00 and when we were in the drive thru we wait for somebody like 5 minutes for the lady said we have to wait 20 minutes because they are not ready, with this kind of employees your company go directly to the bankruptcy. Unbelievable
Pretty much everytime I try to order food from here (bc their hours say they don’t close until 2am & I get off work really late) they cancel my order & the doordash driver says they said they were closed. Why post specific hours if you’re just going to close whenever you feel like it ? I work in a restaurant & never leave bad reviews but this is ridiculous. It was 9 pm when I ordered.
