I used to love this place and would come here for business meetings as well as bringing friends here. The past few times I've gone here, my fiance had to have extreme wait times 20 -40 minutes, orders have been wrong when ordering over the phone where there are items completely missing or replaced with others. This particular instance was comped. The issue I have is the most rescent time my fiance came here, he ordered a swamp burger like usual medium rare and it took them 40 minutes to give him his order and his burger was weirdly cold. My onion rings were find and so were the fries. He started feeling weird yesterday and now today he has violent food poisoning and the only thing we both did not eat was the burger. I tried to call and I was told to hold and the phone was hung up. The second time I called, I did not even get through at all so I also left a message on the phone with my name and number. If you need proof of receipt to deal with this issue we have a receipt of sale.I am very unsatisfied with how we've been treated the past 3 times I've visited.Back when they were good, we enjoyed the swamp burgers medium rare, we also enjoyed the onion rings, fries and sweet potato fries. Gator bites are delicious.
For the price they could have done better. Not trying to be a meanie.... If you're going to have such beautiful girls working the place.... Maybe have them learn to smile. Felt like I was bugging them..... Burger was ok, but not what I heard it would be. Sorry swamp room..... Next time for the money I'll hit McDonald's.
Service took forever for any order! I’ve never IN MY LIFE been disappointed in spinach dip, but omg it was the worst I have ever had! It was watery!!!! I will never spend money at this establishment again! After the spinach dip, I was absolutely not ordering anything else! Should have taken a photo!
Came through to celebrate my birthday & drink with my friends. Had a few appetizers. Chill environment with good vibes. Nice & clean. Def will go back again
Tv's everywhere. No bad seats. Food was good, beer was cold, but shots were small. If your going to watch a game and are good with wings, burgers and beers, you should check this place out. If you want cocktails or shots, you may want to look elsewhere.
The reason for this rating is because of service. The girl behind the bar messed up my order after telling her 3x what I wanted. Also, the waitress was snobby and with only 2 tables she was VERY SLOW.This was my first time at this new location and I was VERY DISAPPOINTED.OTHERWISE, the food was delicious as usual. 5 stars.

Drinks are great ....depending on the bartender you get. Food is consistent and very good.. staff is always friendly.. this place can get crowded quickly especially the later you go. Never disappointed!
