Customer service is absolutely horrible! Nothing but attitudes with these people. Withheld my money for 2 days so basically kept my money since I never received my order when I went to pick it up. This store is a complete joke! The owner should pick better employees for her store.
this needs a 0 star...im starving and they shut down the mcdonald’s next door early at 630 pm.so the only option is subway. i went and rude girl,i think her name is jessica. bad customer service....some one needs to sit her down for customer service trainingalso there dont have a menu on the wall and considering they were on their downtime with no customers the store looked filthy
Went in here today but left promptly when I went to use the restroom and the employee yelled at me from across the restaurant. The bathrooms are out of order!!!!! How are you open forBusiness?!? You’re employees wouldn’t be able to work if that were true. I’ll go somewhere else thank you
Rude employee. I show up at 300 pm to order a sandwich. The employee is locking the door to closeup because she said the next person does not come in until 400 pm. That is poor customer service. Since when does a fast food place shut Shen in the middle of the day. You should always have someone working from the time you open until the time you close.
My wife and I went there on 8-16-2020. The service was sooooo slow, our breads were stale, and we had to repeat our orders multiple times before it was completed correctly, and my wife's cookies were under cooked. I am very disappointed at this location and will definitely not recommend it to anyone. :(

What a ridiculous experience, The staff is too playful and inattentive to the customers. On today's trip, I had to repeat my order to the sandwich artist 4 times because she and the other employees were playing with cookies, and talking about other employees who were not present. The manager screamed to the front from somewhere in a back room abyss and was never spotted. Whomever Ms. Pahnu is, you're clearly a liar and completely disliked. I hope you are as aware of that fact as the myself and the other customer in the restaurant are.
