Excellent service! Amanda really knows how to keep the store clean and always smiling and remembers her customers by name! I do not EVER go to any other subway.
Yesterday when busted. The hours are from 10-8pm. No rules are posted up for your indoor dining. I sat down like I have I was scolded dining closed. How can dine in be closed when your open? Then no signs posted does not make since?
Horrible customer service. Employees can’t get the order correct and then get mad at you when you have to repeat your order because they can’t get it right! Employee has the never to say “I just got here I don’t have time for this”. What?!!! Customer service out the door. Ridiculous!

Stopped at the Subway on Old Metairie Road for a quick sandwich. While the staff was nice enough, I found it a little disturbing that the girl making the sandwiches was sneezing into her arm while handling the food. More importantly, she was NOT wearing a mask.
Staff here is very nice. Clean and tidy.
