Nicky is hands down the best barista I have ever had. Everyone there is always very friendly and have good energy but Nicky is just amazing! She remembers your name and the order you'll be having (if you frequent enough). Nicky starts your mornings great even on Mondays :)
Nicky was so sweet and in a good mood and despite it being before 6:30AM! This experience made my week, to hear such a nice friendly voice over the drive through speaker first thing.
Service was very slow! One of the ladies was asking the other staff to stop playing around and help her because she was doing everything by herself. Mobile order was 15 minutes past the pickup time!!!

Drive through had 5 cars in front of us but still took over 15 minutes. They only had 1/3 of our order at the window when we finally got to the front, and the cold brew is way watered down. Worst Starbucks experience in quite some time.
Jeezuss. Who picks the music in this location? It was so loud I could barely think. I felt like I was in a club playing thumpa-thumpa dance music.
The weekday morning staff is amazing! They always greet everyone and try to communicate with everyone that comes in. They go above and beyond! The coffee service is always on point! Nicky and team are amzing!
Sad bc I drove here from quite a distance, as it’s the only Starbucks that says it’s open until 10:30pm. The sign on the door says 7:30. Can you please update your online presence? Thank you!
Nicky was amazing in the drive thru. I wish I could give 10 stars. She had us rolling over laughing even through the drive thru. I would come back to New Orleans just to go to this Starbucks again. Someone please transfer Nicky to Orlando
