I’m a frequent customer at this location because of the employees. I want to thank Robin, gabby and Caesar they are wonderful . They go above and beyond for me and for that thank you soooo much.
It was a working meeting in a comfortable place with delicious refreshing teas....It is the perfect way to conduct business.
Caesar (spell check) absolutely makes my day every visit! He’s the sweetest and recommends a great substitution anytime they’re out of matcha!

I'm not proud of this review because I'm not a Starbucks fan however I was in dire need of coffee and caffeine so I went with the closest thing and to no surprise you didn't disappoint! I thought Hey vanilla bean sounds amazing! After having a conversation with a friend of mine about my visit, I found there's absolutely NO CAFFEINE in this drink! What kind of COFFEE shop makes a drink WITHOUT CAFFEINE! I died inside. ? I'd award you zero stars if I could but may God have mercy on your soul.
The picture below is of my coffee and sandwich bought at the Starbucks on Causeway in Metairie, because it’s an impossible task at the Starbucks on Harrison, the only reason I went out for coffee is because of the loss of power on my street overnight. I watched five employees at Starbucks on Harrison in the dance of confusion, disorganization and chaos have almost 15 customers waiting and a line of inactivity of waiting customers to order. I gave up waiting to make an order after 10 minutes, drove to Causeway Starbucks walked right in, ordered straight away and received what I ordered in less that five minutes. Same amount of staff, same amount of sitting customers. Focus Starbucks Harrison, don’t do your own thing! Well done Causeway, your staff were also friendly, courteous and all working together.
They have no sense of urgency ever...and my drink (white chocolate mocha) sucked. I asked for 3 shots of espresso and it basically taste like sweet milk! I just didn't have time to dispute it because they took so long! And for the record, we're not talking about rush hour....I went there right at 6a, there was only one person in line and no one in the lobby. It took so long that I tried calling the store and you guessed it, no answer. Only go here if you are absolutely desperate and have nothing to do with the rest of your day.
It is the day after Christmas there-for they should be prepared to be busy, i walk up to order and they tell me it will be a 30 minute wait, and that i cant order frappe-chinos, i asked why and they said they are too busy and it takes too long to make, i order something i didn't even want because they were being lazy, it took 45 mins for me to receive my two drinks, and one wasn't even made right. I checked my receipt and they charged me for a muffin i didn't order or get.. I saw over 10 people get a frappe right in-front of me… the line was ridiculous the customer service was horrible and they had horrible attitudes with the customers. I don’t see why i couldn’t order a frappe because they were being lazy, they chose their job and i shouldn't be limited to what i want to order because they don't do their job, if the machine was broken its a different story but they were just flat out lazy.
Staff is pretty friendly but the speed of service is TERRIBLE. Of the past 5 times I’ve been there to order a cup of coffee, nothing fancy, it’s taken them 20 minutes to get it to me. For a simple cup of coffee, that’s ridiculous.
Probably the best Starbucks I’ve been too, at the window they’re very polite and quick to get you out of there. The coffee is excellent and always have things stocked up. Although inside they’re slower but still a good experience.
