3 cars in drive thru. Busy drive in. 35 minutes. Had to leave. If short staffed, pay your workers properly; it is their labor producing billions for your corporation. Or, you know, continue taking half an hour slinging a burger and a slushy and munch on these reviews.
The food was hot and fresh, even though I was the last customer they served my food was amazing and so was my service ? Thank you
The food was awesome. It's been quite awhile since I've gotten a correct order from a Sonic location. My only complaint is that, for payment options, I was allowed to select pay through app, but when. The food came out was told that was not a payment option. Fortunately, my friend had cash.
Well tried to order onion rings with my combo meal and girl taken order says they don’t serve onion rings hope it’s just this airline location with her snotty attitude like I was inconveniencing her by giving her my order and asked a question about the app and she says they have nothing to do with the app and can’t help me says the person I’m paying her salary very poor service will definitely never come back to this location again
Never was even attended too after waiting 10 minutes for two stands and never answered at drive through. I asked a sever walking by and I quote "idk they should get too you"
Waited over 10 minutes at drive up . No one answered . Watched 5 cars pull up after me and got food / drinks etc . Asked woman what’s going on and was told to just be patient …… seriously after watching car after car get serviced after me . Terrible service
Stopped in for a sweet treat with my son. Those Sonic Blasts are fantastic! Great service once we went through the drive thru. The bay we initually drove into and sat for a while before realizing it was not working properly. Two cars that arrived after us were waited on ahead of us. Hope they corrected that. Otherwise a great experience.
Usually a moderately long wait, but the drinks are always refreshing as well as some tasty choices on the menu.
Absolutely ignored the drive through. We sat there for a whole 20 minutes.
