Great place to grab a quick bite to eat. Shakes are delicious!!! Employees are polite and courteous. Definitely recommend
The worst service I have ever experienced in my life. Totally ignored the red button activation. Never took my order. Was in stall 18 on May 10, 2020 look it up on your security footage management. My passenger gets out goes to I guess front window to place order. An employee mingling in the parking lot behind my van. Can't review the food cause I never got none after waiting as long as we did. I said f it, located my passenger an said let's go. We traveled from Alabama for an emergency Dr visit while the patient was being examined we was hoping to get a bite to eat. Was treated invisible basically.
Food is good but after I ate my hot dog I push the red button because I wanted a Sonic blast I waited over 12 minutes and nobody answered me so I left
Glad I used my app, got the BOGO Entree reward. Service was prompt even v with every spot filled and drive thru wrapped around the building, which I'll say was fast as I sat and watched a short bit. Also loved the outside area to sit for walk ups, even had an order board!
Rather slow to get order to car (it was nothing but a single drink) given how busy they were when I arrived. The carhop never spoke a single word though I tried to engage him. My Cherry Limeade had neither a cherry nor a lime in it. Overall a fair experience at best.
I left Sonic on Vets today very impressed with the ONE employee rocking customer service by herself. Daphne was the only employee working at 10:00 am this morning!! She needs a raise for her incredible work ethic and wanting to continue to help customers alone with no help!! I left her every bit of cash I had in my car for this enormous respect and gratitude I had for her. Thanks so much Daphne!! Others need to learn from you!!
it took over 20 minutes to place an order at the drive thru and there were only 2 cars in front of me. When I finally got my order a burger was missing so I had to park and walk back in. It's a good thing I checked my order before driving off. Nothing wrong with the food. Just the service.
Takes a minute for them to take your order when busy bit they get it out quick
This location used to be bad, got a renovation, and is still bad. I was here last week in the drive-thru, and the person that took my payment gave me back the wrong card. I didn't notice until the following day that I had someone else card and that my card had been charged from my order and theirs. I reached out to the location and spoke with Michelle (the manager there during the transaction). She blamed the entire situation on the cashier instead of accepting responsibility for something that happened during her shift. I retrieved my card, and she ensured me that the unauthorized charges would be reversed. She also agreed to give me a call once it was done. A week later, she hasn't called. I'm jumping through hoops with my bank to dispute a charge that shouldn't have happened and can't get anyone to answer the phone and the location.I've constantly said that I hate this place and continue to give them opportunities to improve, but I'm sure that was the last time I would allow this sonic to disappoint me. At this point, I just want my money back and an appropriate apology.P.S. I wish I could give no stars.
Ordered on the app, 4 Blasts, arrived five minutes later and pulled into the bay. Checked in and the screen says our order is on its way…15 minutes later I walk up to the door and ask a worker about my order, she says it’ll Be right out. Ten minutes later, we push the button again and are told they are only working the drive thru only. We back out and sit in the drive thru line for another 5 minutes without the line ever moving…finally said forget it and left.
