Refusing to take orders when they still have an hour left before closing.
Went you work with customers. You got to bring them the best experience.. unfortunately that's was not happened today. 12 noon I visit. And went I get paid they told me I cannot add gain weight powder because it's already made it.. that's verisimple.. bring the cup back and add and remix. That's so hard for them so...let's see if. After the review they work with better action and atitud
Sat in line for well over 15 minutes due to an employee from another location working there "not wanting to take orders". Lady left and when my order was finally taken they explained what happened. Thankfully the young girls that came in to work got things running smoothly again however I will not be coming to this particular location again. This location has lost my business due to this incident that hopefully no one else besides the 3 cars behind will ever experience again. Absolutely unacceptable.

After standing in the store for over 5 minutes without even being acknowledged I walked out. There was 3 employees and no one else in the store.One girl just stood there looking into outer space
Everytime I come to this smoothie king my order is always correct and delicious. Only thing I could possibly complain about would be the lack of personality with the staff. They just always seem like they don't want to be there. But if lack of personality is all I have to deal with to get a good smoothie everytime then so be it.
Worst service I have ever experienced at any location! I have given it too many chances, never again.
