The BEST Smoothie King! Kendall and the staff are AMAZING...!
I showed up about 15 minutes after 9. The door stretched open whole locked in. Google says they close at 10, door says 9pm. Fix it. I really wanted a smoothie.
I love smoothie king but not this one they or horrible. I order my drink had to wait long and it was just me and another car. Then they made my drink wrong and it was nasty ? . Then when I told them, they say we could make you another one but we will have to charge you for it. Like what. I’m never going to this location again
The Smoothie King at 3515 Veterans is managed very poorly. Both times I went here I waited in a long line just to be given the wrong order and my credit card overcharged. It looks like there are a lot of workers but they are so disorganized and the manager is rude. I will not be going back to this Smoothie King.
Visited this store this morning and pulled into the location to place an order. The person in front of me did not pull up completely so that I was directly in front of the microphone and I was almost yelling for them to hear me. The person taking my order said that she couldn't hear me I repeated my order and advised that it was not my fault that she was not able to hear me. She then in turn told me in an argumentive fashion told me that it was not her fault either. I repeated my order again. Once I got to the window I was told that I was not being served because I was being rude. This store needs coaching on customer service from management to cashiers.That was very upsetting...
Be careful at this place. I went there last night and purchased 3 smoothies with my debit card and not long after my card was hacked with several purchases from random places. This was the only time I used my card in a week so be careful at this place
Went to Smoothie King at 3515 Veterans Blvd in Metairie March 26,2021 after 9pm. Ordered 3 smoothies. Noticed the crew taking orders had lots of cash sitting outside the register. I got a phone call so I was distracted by how long the guy had my card. Well this morning I woke up to OVER $500 worth of fraudulent charges on my credit card! I’ve had to spend my morning disputing charges!

I enjoyed the great fast service and yes the smoothies are GREAT.
Caribbean Way was my # 1 Smmotie, but now Vanilla Yogurt with Butter Pecan is currently my # 1 Smoothie. I absolutely loved it ❤❤❤❤❤❤
