I am sitting in the mall right now. I ordered burgers and fries and the young lady who took my order was very nice. That’s why it’s 3 stars. There is another young woman working in the kitchen who is eating fries with her gloves on in the kitchen. Every time she tosses fries in the bowl she eats some. This is disgusting. It’s flu season and it’s unsanitary. Please retrain them.
Over hyped, cashier was more interested in her phone than serving my friend and myself since she figured we were out of towners. Manager was unavailable. Left without completing our order

No smoke and mirrors here just a great burger. Ingredients are quality and staff take care to provide great service. In a city of epicurean greats, sometimes you just need a burger and this hits the spot.
