Every kiosk in the place that you have to place your order on, was very filthy. I would have left if it wasn't for the fact I drove miles to just to try this place. Price-wise it's too high. Taste-wise it's very good. The chocolate funnel cake shake was amazing. Would I go back...maybe but not often. And not if those kiosk are still filthy!
The burgers were good. Just the right amount of char to taste the flame grilling. I would eat here if I was hungry and in the area. I would not drive 20miles just to eat here.Honestly I would rather have a double double, but if it is not available this is a good butger
Everything is Ala carte. Buns were super soft. We had the avocado bacon chicken sandwich and the bacon jam chicken sandwich. Chicken was so very crispy. The sandwiches just needed a bit more of a condiment. Bacon jam a little on the salty side for my liking but my cousin loved both. Her only complaint was that the fries were too small for the cost but they tasted excellent. No combos here and the shakes are super tiny. Overall the food was very good.

Let me explain the stars ⭐️ lol…it was underwhelming to say the least. I wouldn’t be able to explain what it tasted like a day later. Super expensive, minuscule menu, and greasy food! From the sandwiches to the nuggets, they were greasy.. the cheese on the fries tasted cheap..like the cheese from the fairgrounds.. I’m just surprised honestlyThere are tablets to order food, that’s cool. Wait time isn’t bad and the customer service is okay. There isn’t much interaction with the workers and customers which possibly adds to why the food is tasteless. To better explain, there could possibly be a disconnect with what customers expect. My mom has been dying to go and it just wasn’t worth the time nor money.
Tried buying on the app, but it was having problems. I walked in and Yonna took care of me from beginning to end. She was super nice a& informative! Ask for her!
First things first I like the layout of the restaurant and the speed of receiving my food. I had a bacon ? double and a shake. In my humble opinion the food is not worth the price, It was about $17 dollars, but It wasn't bad (a bit salty). I prefer atomic Burger even though the style of burger is similar, SS does give more meat than atomic Burger. Now to the real reason I'm only giving it 3 stars... The parking is horrendous!!! With all that said I will try Shake Shack again if I don't feel like driving to Atomic Burger and theirs parking.
I would love to write a recommendation about my meal, but when I got there to eat at 5:45 pm today, your restaurant was closed. No signs or anything. Just closed. What’s up with that?
I like the food here and the staff is chill. The restaurant itself had a good vibe and appeared well kept up with. The only dislike I have is the price point. I could get similar food for cheaper in the same area, but, overall, it is a pretty nice establishment. Still would recommend.
First time here. Great friendly service but received cold food. Bacon and hamburger meat on both burgers were all cold while the mushroom was very hot. Bacon felt like it came right out of the refrigerator. Also the cheese on the cheese fries was only slightly warm at best.
