The worst pizza place I even been to! They try to argue with me cause I told them it was slightly brunt! The cook told me it was not burnt. Never again I will order from here

I bought spaghetti which was cold and full of water it spilled all over me I also waited 15 minutes for them to heat up my friends pizza which should’ve already been hot not to mention the lady behind the counter was rude and unfriendly didn’t seem like she liked her job

Ordered a pizza on Grubhub with a projected delivery time of 40 min. 1hr 30m later — Sbarros cancelled the order!**In response to Sbarro’s request for additional information, the cancellation took place Friday, July 31, 2020 around 7:30pm.
I walked up right as they were breaking down to close requesting a whole pie and Otis honored my request. Superb service and willingness to honor customer loyalty, as I do frequent this location. Great pizza and amazing service!
