Service was on par for McDonald's and chicken was obviously frozen chicken slathered in BBQ sause, found a piece of plastic melted into the cheese of my entrée. Staff is apathetic and and food is pathetic.
Came here for a business trip with my team. We experienced one rude hostess as soon as we walked in during breakfast which it was busy but still doesn’t justify her actions and an overworked young lady during the night who was really nice but was working alone with 20 people waiting for their food. The food was not bad but overall the professionalism needs to be better. We only ate here because we stayed at the holiday inn for the week.
The breakfast buffet was great the service by Mohammad. I’ll be back. This place is awesome. The bar last night was fantastic and a great place to chill after my flight in. The food is seasoned well and fresh.
I spent 5 days in the hotel the worst food and service. I do not recommend eating there at all.

Was charged almost $9 for a beer that the menu says is $5. Don't let the blonde bar tender serve you! She upcharges whenever she feels like it, is generally unfriendly, and doesn't know how to pour a beer, my $9 beer was 1/2 foam! I hope they fire her and soon!
After a 10 hour drive, my girlfriend and I stopped here after checking into out hotel for the night for a quick bite to eat. The hostess with glasses was extremely rude. Not sure if we offended her, but she would only accept orders from my girlfriend. Everytime I would order she would look at my girlfriend, and say "is that what you want?". Despite it being my order. It was a very odd experience for both of us.
This place is a complete joke. They're food handlers license should be revoked and everyone working there should be forced to eat what they are claiming is food! I thought holiday inn had some standards. A complete smudge on the IHG brand.
We ate 3 days at his place - 1 dinner and 2 breakfasts (we had buffets included in our hotel plan). The food is mediocre, and the service is terrible. The servers are extremely friendly, just understaffed. I saw one lady trying to take care of 6 tables, taking orders, serving, cleaning tables, etc. This is totally pathetic for a place like a Holiday Inn restaurant.
