This place is listed as Pho Bistreaux on Uber Eats. Overall, I liked everything! It was my first time having bao buns (grilled pork sliders) and they were great! I also had egg rolls and fried pork dumplings (which were good but fried a bit too much for my liking). The grilled beef po-boy was good, very flavorful, and I was impressed by the portion size. Would definitely order again and stick to some of the smaller items versus the larger items such as the po-boys.

Their bubble tea is AMAZING! It's such a cute location and they have tons of fresh fruit options. A MUST visit in Metairie!

Above and beyond customer service! We were missing part of our order (via Uber Eats) so I called to let the restaurant know, assuming they would apologize and just tell me I’ll have a credit for next time. Quite the contrary. They apologized, took my name & address and immediately had someone from their restaurant drive over the missing food! Excellent job, Rolls & Bowls!
Dumplings were very good and my wife loved the curry. Nice staff and quick service.

For only eating some appetizers on the go, this is a pretty decent place.When they say “fried” dumplings, these are the most fried dumplings I’ve ever had. Incredibly crispy and tasted quite good.I also had their pork and chicken rolls (meat, bean sprouts, cilantro, and noodles wrapped in a clear rice paper roll and served with a peanut sauce). For the price, I was a little disappointed in the quantity and quality. The meat itself tasted good, but everything else in it didn’t seem as fresh as it could have been.Overall, the 3 appetizers were more than enough to fill up the three of us eating, so that’s a bonus.Either way, I’d go back to try their other items.
