My fiancée and I came here for our anniversary, just taking a chance on a Monday evening, and it’s our new favorite! Every part of the meal was delicious, from the drinks, to the apps, the bread, the entrees, and the dessert! I couldn’t recommend this place enough. I was actually upset that I got full because I had to stop eating! Oh, and yes, it’s just as good the next day!

Didn’t realize trout would be deep fried & not grilled or baked. Fillet was thin & tough to chew

An excellent Italian food experience. 3 of 4 of us got the veal, all prepared differently, all were wonderful. Only complaint is space. The place is packed in and the bench seating was not terribly comfortable. Frankly, the food is so good they should consider expanding/moving to bigger digs, they would certainly grow into it.

Our first time at this nice place...our friends had been several times and recommended it. Nice, clean, safe, interesting Italian style food, and a bar. They were very busy when we were there and there was a big party starting in the upstairs dining room. So the place was too noisy for me, and the wait staff was overloaded, but we loved it anyway. We shared the eggplant w/crabmeat appetizer and each had their fish special, then finished with a shared tiramisu, everything was really delicious. We can't wait to return.

We always enjoy dining at Filippo’s, he comes by the table and visits, food is excellent and normally the noise level is good. Last night they were hammered with business! Not enough to keep us from coming back!!!

The food is delicious however, the veal dishes had ALL pasta and VERY LITTLE veal. Disappointed

Everything was above par - the food was totally delightful! I will be returning…soon.

Rated on just the food, this restaurant would be a 5! Marinara was the best I have ever had! Really special! Veal, Italian sausage, and shrimp with pasta first rate. Portion size was good also. Wait staff is friendly, but not polished. Saw a waiter wiping off a plate with his sleeve. My biggest problem is with the noise. Three tables were seated at approximately the same time as we were. All were unmanerly boisterous. It was so loud that we could not even have a conversation across the table. I am talking city bus noise loud! Will go back, but will try much earlier before the heavy drinkers and self absorbed shouters have arrived.

Great food, have been coming here for years. never disappoints.

Would recommend for Italian dishes Very disappointed in the fish
