Ive always had such a great experience at Canes with not only the food but the staff! But today, I received 2 out of 3 chicken tenders that were literally the size of chicken nuggets from wendys or mcdonalds. Also gave me unsweet tea instead of sweet! Im not sure what is happening at this location but I hope they seriously fix it because I live in the neighborhood!

The Cane Sauce was good as always. The three chicken fingers I ordered were kinda small. Average drive-thru, good location.

Canes in Metairie at 5817 Airline Dr Metairie la 70003 allows employees to bully other coworkers along with mangers! My 16 year old daughter has been bullied and picked on at this location 9 months ! I have text messages I have reported it to Sherry who told me it’s not my business although my daughter is a minor! Hailee knowles messaged my daughter on Snapchat telling her keep her name out her mouth keep in mind she’s 24 my daughter is 16 and then lied knowing Snapchat doesn’t save and she harassed my 16 yo ! My daughter was a stand up employee and how sad of canes to allow bullying just to keep workers ! They overlook this just to keep workers because they are short staffed! Bri screamed she’s pissed off and she will spazz out in front customers Monday night it’s on camera they did nothing! She put her first up to Paige her boyfriend earl had to pick her up and try to carry her away all this on the time clock ! She also stole 3 cups didn’t change other workers off work ! Taliyah Westey went to canes off the clock Monday night went behind the counter that’s not allowed just to intimidate my daughter who was working ! That was also overlooked! I will be emailing the local news about this bullying! Then James from corporate told my daughter she hasn’t been bullied SHE HAS !!!!! They call names , roll eyes , lock her out bathrooms and more !!!!
I love canes but some employees need to leave their problems at home , I'm home ill so I asked my partner to grab my original meal the combo with coleslaw and a sprite heavy on the ice , so I was on the phone as I told my partner exactly what to order my partner brought my food home and there was no coleslaw the bread smelled bad and it was smooshed and my sprite I ordered turned out to be carbonated water , I was so mad because I really wanted canes and my money went to waste, then the one who took the order was rushing my partner to order with a attitude I won't eat from that raising cane's again located off airline in Metairie to many things went wrong so whoever shift was between 7-8 pm y'all need to learn better communication skills and handle and care for ones food as if you was fixing your own not give people anything give people what the spending their money for so three stars because I love canes but tonight service was uncaused for now I have to eat soup again tonight while my canes in the trash
Easily observable this location is full of high school hires who have no passion or care in the world for the service/food industry. Probably the worst Canes location I've ever visited. (granted I've been to at least 20 in Louisiana) I was greeted with rude smirks, remarks and disinterest of wanting to take my order. Safe to say I will not be visiting this location anytime soon, venture elsewhere.
