Canes is usually the best but this time it was the worst canes I ever had. Food was cold and when I asked for ketchup they completely ignored me. Awful service and cold food. Don’t go to this canes!

I am very disappointed. I have gone to this canes for years and the food is always good as well as the staff. However, I have found that they have been forgetting things more and more often such as extra sauces. They charge extra for extra sauce and it is very disappointing when i am spending 3-4$ in extra sauce to not receive it.

This location is not meeting Canes standards. All food was old, dry and cold not fresh at all in 2 meals .... the size of chicken was like they cut regular pieces in half. Money wasted, lesson learned we will pass this one and go next one.

Always fresh and hot! Delicious, of course.Fills you up in a pinch! The prices have gone up tho. Inflation hits home. It is what it is.

BEST fried chicken by far.Consistently prepared and tenders are always juicy in center unlike Popeyes who have good crust but dried out meat. Also very friendly staff unlike every other fast food outlet.

So, I ordered my usual 3 strips cane sauce and toast. I don't eat fries or coleslaw. Didn't need a drink. The young man rang it up wrong twice. When I told him it was the wrong price he proceeded to tell me about rising prices. I told him he's ringing it up wrong. For the 3rd time, I spoke louder due to my mask. Maybe he's not hearing me correctly. I repeated the order. To my surprise, in front of everyone he says, "lower your tone!" I'm like WHAT? I didn't deserve that. If there are any words that escalate any situation, telling a person who is not even upset something so disrespectful to an adult, is extremely angering. How about you ring up the order correctly and I don't need to speak up louder a third time. I had a mask on. I'm not yelling. Wow! I'm not coming back anytime soon. I'm left extremely upset by my interaction and spoke to a manager who said they will address it. Hopefully he did. If he didn't, you can't miss this post. I get they are young and it's a entry job but he needs to learn from this the correct way to speak to a customer. Especially a customer who never said anything wrong to him. It was so unnecessary. My strips were not that great either. They were edible but not delicious like they usually are which added insult to injury.

The service at this location decreased in quality substantially over the last few years. I’ll say what everyone is thinking : as the diversity hires have gone up, the service has gone down. The only thing that separated Canes from the typical fried chicken shop was the people they hired - well mannered Caucasian college kids. Never once did I have an issue at Canes, but it wasn’t long after their first few ethnic staff additions did I start to notice my orders were incorrect (which is pretty pathetic considering there’s only like four menu items). The tenders have also gotten smaller and the fries have been burnt. Sadly this trend is catching on in other locations as well. Canes has sold out their client base, the owner himself made huge left wing campaign contributions, and unfortunately we’ll see another great business model go broke by going woke.

Chicken tenders are tasty. Get the sauce as the breading is bland. Folks very nice, cheerful, and helpful.

Customer service is the best, friendly staff. The Wendy's right across the street should send there staff to this Raising Cane's to show them custmer service and how to treat a paying customer.

We've been eating at Raising Cane's for years. We'll continue to eat there. The staff is nicer and better than any other fast food restaurant. However, in the past year there are a couple of things that aren't good. First, the quality of the chicken has gone down. Supply chain issues? Not unusual to have "gristle" in the fingers. Also, there is a lot of variation in the size of the fingers from one visit to the next. Finally, I understand"One Love" is their thing, but some variation in the menu would be welcome after all these years. Or a cookie or milk shake?
