The Operations Manager Sam is the GOAT!!! I called in a frenzy because I needed a receipt replacement to complete my expense report. Sam was super friendly, polite, calm and immediately reassured me that she would be able to find it! In less than 10 minutes the receipt was in my inbox! Exceptional service! Thank you!!Oh and this was for an order that we called in an hour in advance for 40 boxes and they graciously accepted the order and had the food hot and ready for us when we got there! The whole crew is amazing!
Never coming back again!! The chicken was yellowish green in the inside. I’m not supposed to consume anything spoiled especially because I’m pregnant so I’m very upset I took a bite before realizing it was SPOILED. It’s a shame that I have to pick around my chicken while eating it every time I come here. Not only that but the chicken is definitely on steroids. Hugest chicken I’ve ever seen. I will not be returning to any canes location because this scarred me.
Wow, such horrible customer service! Forgot to order something at the drive thru, I was told NO, THAT WILL TAKE TOO LONG! Nice going guys! Manager said, oh we'll do it! Sorry, all it takes is one NO! NEVER AGAIN...
I went through the drive thru today. I was in a hurry. The wait was not bad at all. The prices are little high but the economy sucks.The employees were nice and got our order correct.
The young man that took my order was very kind and polite. He later walked around asking everyone if they needed anything. The order was hot and fresh. Restaurant was clean. Refreshing change from the normal fast food restaurants.

This place or canes in general used to be very good.Now, I’m not sure what’s going on, but every time I get it I regret it. The food is bad, stale, and they’re cutting back on the portions they’ve had for ever the bread is very stale and nothing tastes fresh.my brother got food poising last night as well
Service is always fast, even during lunch time. Food is amazing, like always. Love that it's close to work because I missed Canes in The Bay since there's none out there
My first time at Cane's and the food was delicious. The drink machine was out of 90% of drinks.What really bothered me was the staff (in work uniform) at a table next to me being extremely loud while using inappropriate language. These boys all looked under 20. No respect for a place of business or apparently where they work. Took my young son & we ate in my car to avoid the language being used. I should not have to do that. I hope this is addressed
I needed a large order and quick. They were accommodating and quick. I was blown away by their customer service. Would highly recommend!
