Went there today in the early afternoon and the older woman at the drive thru had the nastiest attitude. She got my order wrong and scowled the whole time. She spoke to me as if I were an inconvenience and gave off nothing but negative energy. She is the worst person I've had to deal with in a while.
It was my first time going there. I ordered a small Granita and a blueberry muffin. The service was pleasant. It had a comfortable setting. There's outside seating as well. I'll be visiting again soon.
Coffee and food is ok.The biggest problem is the service. The brown haired woman who was working the morning of 5/10/22 is extremely rude and inconsiderate. People in line are having to wait for long periods of time with no explanation. You can't order through the intercom, you have to drive up to the window, where you are required to wait for several minute before you can even place your order.My two drinks I received this morning were not good. The mocha was lukewarm upon being given and my iced coffee with cream included NO COFFEE and too much cream. I came back to have it re-made. Not only did she not remake it, she only added to it. I didn't have time or the energy to argue after she only modified the drink, so I ended up taking whatever it was that she gave - I didn't trust that she wouldn't do something to it...Overall, my recommendation is go to PJs or Starbucks, not this puccinos location
Online it says they close at 9pm. We got there at 7:45 and lights were out and they had closed already. Also what place has a separate drive-thru menu..
Don’t go here they supposedly don’t have any breakfast food at all. Either that or the works are completely worthless and lazy.
My review has nothing to do with the coffee or food offered, but with the man at the drive thru this morning. The rudest individual I’ve ever come across. So rude that I couldn’t even finish my order or ask a question. I had to leave. Why would I spend my money after being spoken to that way? You have a real problem on your hands with that one. I’m currently writing this review from the PJs across the street where I will be going from now on and will share my experience with my coworkers this morning.
10/27/21 @ 7:30pmPuccinos management please fire the female barista working. She was immediately rude and off putting upon walking up to the counter. So much so I’d rather drive 20 minutes to French Press.
Extremely good cappacino, excellent chai tea latte. Mae was polite at the counter and helpful. Wonderful support staff making the drinks. Loved the nostalgic decor lots to see. Fun stop in the city of new Orleans.
Went to Puccinos this morning as I do every Tuesday and I ordered two drinks and pulled up to the window. The cashier tells me my total is $9 and I tell him I have a Tuesday coupon, and he says "well can I see it" in a rude tone. I hand it to him and he says "wow congratulations" in a rude, sarcastic tone and takes it and shuts the window. I've never seen a worker speak to a customer like this anywhere I've been. I come here alot though and other workers are generally much more friendly and not rude. Drinks were good at least.
