The service was awful. The girl taking orders in drive thru only waited on one car at a time.Didn't have the decency to say "I'll be right with you." When I drove around b/c no one ever came to the speaker, I asked "was the speaker working?" The young lady at the window said "no."I could see the girl taking the order of the car behind me. She stated thst girl taking order must have been busy doing something else.I just drove off.Please send them back through training.
Ordered 2 piece dark with mashed potatoes, biscuit and small drink. NOT HAPPY, NO mashed potatoes!! Now they won't answer the phone..as usual, not getting what I'm paying for.
Food was hot but waited 30 plus minutes in drive thru. Drive thru basically trapped you in where we can't get out

I don’t mind that it took a while for my order to be taken (due to everywhere being understaffed), but this place is terrible! There was nothing but teenagers in the window and one was on her phone. I honestly think she was recording me. I got a 10 piece tender meal & there was no sauce in the bag. I asked for my sauce and was given one with an attitude. Will never come here again.
Well I can't give it an accurate review if they don't take my order...or acknowledge there is a drivethru line. Or unlock the lobby doors.. last three attempts was around 6-9 pm and lights were on but no one would take my order....horrible and will not waste another Minute at this ghost location
I order #11 spicy chicken sandwich. The service was good, but my sandwich was cold. The chicken was hard & not appetizing at all & thrown together very sloppily made. New building, old food
Service was good, but the so called chicken tenders are quite lacking .... Mostly hard batter and little chicken. Definitely won't order it again.
I ordered a 3pc mixed combo with Cajun rice....Was I supposed to ask for a biscuit? I didn't receive one!
Absolutely the worst unprofessional Popeyes I have ever been to. I have visited this Popeyes on three occasions, each time they were not friendly but tonight they topped it. The lights are on, cars in the lot so I assumed they were still open. Went to place my order and the lady said were closed, I asked your closed? She said yea at seven, then says (with attitude) what time is it sir? If I hit the lotto I will buy this Popeyes and fire them all.....but until then I will NEVER eat there and tell everyone I meet to avoid this unprofessional establishment.
