Popeyes trap from your worst nightmares. Love Popeyes and everyone knows the food takes a while but at this location once you're in the line...you're trapped. This location is not consistent with items being in stock or the food actually coming out correctly. Visit any other Popeyes.
Usually quick with orders and fresh. However the inside has been closed for some time now. I'm guessing because of staffing issues. Other than that....!!! ?
Just check your order before you leave they try to do fast service and it’s only reasonable to forget at the pace they go otherwise no complaints because they are trying too hard and that’s not a bad thing just a hard thing to be accurate at
Waited in line 1/2 hour , chicken was cold & greasy & did not the side order , Always out of chicken or say it will be a 20 minute wait while they cook it. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & LOUSY FOOD
Just so so. Ordered 2 three pc dark, one spicy one mild with no sides. Staff seemed confused. They gave us a box, with 3 pc mild, and 2 PC spicy, and 2 extra mild pcs. The spicy PCs were dried out. But they did give me langniape.
There is a reason there is a specific spot for mobile or uber eats orders, so that we don't have to wait in line. Yall's incompetence on how to run the lobby on a busy day is blatant. This messes with people's livelihoods when we need to wait behind everyone else, for a half hour to get someone's order they placed before we arrived. There is priority over the other people in the lobby as these are placed BEFORE most of these people entered the building.
The food was great the service was HORRIBLE. The employee I just encountered was mad and had a attitude for NOTHING! If they ain’t wanna come to work STAY HOME!
I ordered the chicken sandwich two of them one for me one for my mom and we got the new lemonade with strawberry in it frozen very good old things I recommend it.
Each and every time you patronize this establishment if it is within an hour or an hour and a half until closing time, you will be told they are " out of" every item you attempt to order and they are not going to fry any more chicken if it is a hour prior to closing. I mean so if I close my job in an hour I don't have to work 1 hour prior to my departure time?
I love Popeyes, but this experience was very bad. Person taking order was very loud and not courteous at all. Didn't take any time to get food (which was nice) and the chicken strip and nuggets were barely warm if not cold(I literally park right next store at CVS parking lot to eat). Had a horrible case of upset stomach that night and next morning. Another major issue is there was more breading than there was chicken on the nuggets and tiny slices in the strip. What is going on Popeyes?
