No longer a fan of their chicken. Find Brothers to be a much better choices. Sides at Popeyes have gotten smaller.
Came to this location after leaving another Popeyes empty handed. They were busy, but kept the line moving, had a good attitude, and the food was hot. This is a good location.
The cashier said she couldn't break $100 bill but then she found the money to do that cuz we didn't have any other money then they had no ice for drinks couldn't find the trash can they forgot to give my friend the fries with her combo meal needless to say we will not be visiting the Metairie Popeyes America's kitchen again
I only gave it a 3 star review this time,because they screwed up our order...again. This makes 2 visits in a row-& at the same location! that this has happened! (* Also,fyi,We would have gone back in the line,and corrected the mistakes & gotten the rest of the food we ordered,.but it was getting late and the line was really long that night) most likely we will not be visiting this branch again after these unfortunate mistakes,but the parts of our order we DID receive was very good.
Guess service in the drive through, good chicken, and dry biscuits, as usual. It's not the fault of this location, it's every Popeyes in the city. Why, Popeyes, why? There aren't many cities more southern than New Orleans, if there are any. Why do he New Orleans Popeyes seem unable to make a decent biscuit???
I asked for delivery and they did not give me what I ordered, They mixed up the order and I had to wait an hour and a half, they did not deliver what I ordered, I paid more than 50 dollars for my order so that they give me another one of lesser value, I called and they not answered me, I wrote to them and nothing was waiting for two weeks and they do not answer me.
They left half my order out and The cashier was condescending and rude also the young man who was giving me my order need to brush his hair I may not know about hair style but the bird of health need to look into this place
The service was fast. The fried chicken was really really good. Hot and so crispy. The biscuits were the best.
The 4701 veterans location in metairie is terrible. You never know when they are going to be open or closed because they don't know how to stick to their hours I guess. If you are going to close your location early put a sign in the drive through so people know at least. Place has a line wrapped around the building and its closed at 530 pm. Disgrace.
Service was great and food was fresh absolutely the best Popeyes I've been too
