I ordered 2 desserts, after I got there to pick up my order (which wasn’t even close to being ready, they weren’t even aware of the on-line order I placed) I was told they were out of the desserts! I asked if there was an alternative, the girl turned around and walked away! I asked later when they finally got my order together if I was charged for the items I did not get and she replied yes, that I would have to deal with customer service to get my money back!!! Approximately $20!! I have tried and tried to reach customer service to no avail!!! What a freaking rip off!!! They were rude and unapologetic ! Never, ever will I go there again!! Flat out criminal!!
They say dine-in but that's a lie. The door is always locked with a full staff. Oneday we did go in and the manger was mad asking the employees who left the door open. Like they didn't want anyone in there.
My son is a big fan of the Popeyes Spicy Chicken sandwich. He said this particular Metairie LA (NOLA area) was the best he’s every had including extra Spicy sauce. Overall the store seemed clean including restrooms. There did seem to be some active renovations taking place so I won’t doc them on points. Marquee sign among things needing replaced/repaired. Staff was courteous.
The lady at te register had a bit of a attitude but that didn't bother me the chicken and sides were PERFECT.
Literally the worst location in the area. Tonight was the third time this year and every time is worse and worse... Between them forgetting items, not cooking items (raw beignets), cups only being half full of soft drink, and just getting what felt and tasted like couple hour old chicken and fries. Highly recommend you pick any other place to eat or just eat something out the dumpster at a place you know tastes good
Extremely slow service , it took 15 minutes to place order and another 20 minutes to get my order. My frozen lemonades were melted by the time I got my order. I saw at least 6 employees having a great time and were busy getting drinks for themselves, on their cell phones too. They did not give me a receipt. Worst service ever
Food & service was good. It was 5pm on a Weekday. Long lines but they kept the drive-up lines moving
So disappointing I see their advertisement all over about hot fresh. And how amazing their Mac and cheese is well not today. My order was wrong I was there a little after 8pm, but I should still get the same hot fresh food. Especially if they charge me like it's hot and fresh. Mac and cheese was so old the grease started separating
The workers literally talked to each other the entire time, the manager talked about how she got her hair done, and my child and I just standing there waiting on a greeting or something. One guy who was fixing the food was constantly asking for help, he had on a mask but it was beneath his chin and literally was talking over the food
Went there today around 1pm for the 1st friday of lent meaning I needed to eat seafood and these people tell me they DO NOT HAVE FISH!! ??♀️But yet,you have the flounder sandwich advertised near the drive thru? Really??People dont have time,nor GAS for this foolishness!??
