Staff was rude when picking up online order. Was missing part of my food also.
Fresh and delicious. Anytime you can grab a pice of chicken and eat it when it's cold, you really got something good. It put the Popeyes that I had form a particular location (in Chicago)to shame.
Sat in drive thur line for 25 mins just to discover they were closed. Three employees cleaning inside. No one took the initiative to turnoff the menu lights or notify customs in line. Several more cars were behind me waiting to discover that they too had wasted their time.
I like the food when it's fresh. The service and food quality is really hit or miss, but depending on your mood it may be worth the chance.
chicken is always good here but service sucks and biscuits are way to dry..
Quite an experience. I didn’t order “rude” but I was given a whole box of it for free. The Headset person was talking to her her co-workers the entire time I attempted to place my order. Not interested in conducting business but lots of foolishness on her part.After attempting to place my order with this cackling idiot, three times. She then became nasty, surely and argumentative. She then “ordered” me to drive around to the window for my pick-up. At that point, I requested to speak with the manager. She ignored the request. I drove to the pick-up window and spoke with a very pleasant lady there but she was not the Headset” woman who had given me so much guff. The pleasant lady immediately called the manager over to the window and I explained to her what happened. She was apologetic and seemed embarrassed by her employees conduct. (I noticed the Headset woman attempting to hide from view surrounded by a gaggle of her street friends). I informed the manager that she should remove head set woman from customer contact and then I informed her that I didn’t want my order. She was surprised since I waited 20 minutes to get to the window. I then went to Shake Shak and had very decent service. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE, UNLESS YOU LIKE INSULTS AND ALL THE RUDE STUFF YOU CAN HANDLE.
Food was very delicious, only problem was they didn't put pickles in the chicken sandwich I ordered.
Horrible services. You are a chicken place and you run out of chicken ?. We went through the drive through and then they had us waiting for 15 minutes.
Terrible service, order was wrong after 3 attempts to get it right.Dining room had throw up in the floor and chairs were all turned over. It appeared one of the workers son was staying in it and had his toys etc strewn all over. The restroom smelled so bad from the trash I almost threw up. Workers were all screaming and yelling at each other. Worst managed restaurant I’ve ever seen or experienced
The hours may say it closes at 6pm, but I was sent away 5:52 and the car in front of me was served. This restaurant sux!
