Tried a delivery app for the first time today. I was going to get Subway near my house but unfortunately, they do not allow delivery. I tried this place randomly. Boy, am I glad I did. They finished it very quickly and my delivery driver brought it under the estimated wait time. I haven't had a hot sausage sandwich in a minute and it has the perfect amount of kick to it. Loved the fried okra too. I also love how they punched holes on the top of the okra container to prevent condensation. They dress the sandwich pretty doggone good too. I hate a dry sandwich. Try them!
Poboys were okay, nothing special. The fried okra was pretty good though.Note: the 6’ Poboys are pretty filling.
Had the Catfish, shrimp, and fried oysters with French fries and potato salad. Sooo very yummy! ?
Great lille poboy shop just off Veterans near Bonnabel. Tiny parking area but plenty of area parking. Very fair prices for a nice size poboy. A small eat in area and a very active takeout business. I'm looking forward to going back!
We happened upon this place because of proximity to our house--& never need to try anywhere else. Both the shrimp & roast beef poboys were the best we have had in many years. PLUS the breaded veal was actual veal--not the ground veal patties we have had everywhere else. Looking forward to tasting all their daily specials over the next few weeks. Outstanding service, as well.
Came to try it out. Menu looked great for traditional sandwich shop. After watching person behind counter cough continuously without covering their mouth and seeing their spit flying out with each cough, I could not bring myself to eating here .

First time ordering! Excellent, old school po-boy NOLA is know for! Kudos, will be ordering again. Love the fact that my order can be delivered.
After really wanting a Po-boy for lunch all of my normal go-to places were closed from the storm. So I Googled and found this place. It is a small hole in the wall which normally means it is going to be great. The place seemed to be busy mostly of Togo and doorsdash orders. Luckily I go one of the only 2 parking places they have when I go there. Food tasted good. But there was a lack of roast beef on the sandwich. 1/4 of it had just a slither of meat on it. Meat was not very warm and didn't no have that been sitting in gravy texture, so it was more chewy than melt in your mouth. Will not make this one of my places to go for a Po-boy. Price was on par with most places.
