Pizza Hut is a joke!! My order was missing food and they did nothing about it except take my money. They ARE NOT customer friendly and steal your money!! NO STARS!!
Have been sent BURNED food more than once! Tonight my Cinnabon dessert is black and hard not sure how anyone would think it’s ok to send out
Set better expectations. My estimated order/delivery time was 25-35 minutes. It ended up taking about an hour and a half and the food was almost cold when it arrived.
No problem with Pizza Hut, my favorite for many years. The delivery person, was so polite, and when she left she said "Enjoy your pizza mam. have a good night" The pizza was delicious. Thank you very much.
They need to make fresh pizzas. The pizza I was given was made and cooked already and they just added the additional toppings to the pizza. The pizza was not sliced properly. The baked chocolate chip cookie was not sliced. The delivery tracker never stated if my order was delivered so when I finally received the pizza it was cold.
I have 5 children at home I ordered pizza yesterday at 5:40 did not receive it until 7:05 needless to say my kids were hungry
Decided to give this location another try since the last time they screwed everything up and boy was that a mistake. Order was for delivery, order was completely wrong. Called local phone and could not get thru for 45 minutes. Got dressed, in the car and went to store. The first thing the manager said was they were out of part of my order and the call center was to blame for not getting thru to the store. I then decided to just ask for a refund where I got, well I can't do that, I can only substitute. I demanded a full refund for goods and services that I didn't receive, oh and btw I brought the wrong order back to them. She preceded to do the refund minus the 20% tip I entered when placing the order. She said I had to take that up with my bank, are you kidding me? Let's recap... Started my evening with no pizza and $55. Ended the evening with no pizza and $45 and now have to call my bank! Ridiculous!
The pizza was thin crust when I ordered hand tossed and it tasted like it was under a heat lamp for hours. Very dry.
I ordered pizza on Monday the 20th at 8:35P for delivery. It was scheduled to arrive at 9:05P. At 9:20P, I received a message from Door Dash that they were delivering the pizza. At 9:35P, the pizza arrived but the tip I already had charged to my card for the PH driver was not given to the Door Dash driver. I had to come out of pocket for more tip. Also, the cheesy bread was missing from my order. I wrote a message on the website and asked someone to contact me since the store was closes and I have not heard back.
Ordered $46 of pizza and wings and went to pick it up and an hour later I did not receive my order, so my son tried to get a refund and the manager decided to go to the bathroom rather than correct the situation. Going back today to get my refund. Worst experience I’ve had with any pizza hut
