Tea is great... Chicken shawarma and lentil soup is good but the SERVICE? One total piece of garbage....rude.. inattentive...with no urgency in site on getting your order done.

I'll be dining out again when restaurants learn reading 101. I should have left the moment I saw the waiter literally picking into a customer's falafel. She stopped when she saw me looking at her with complete shock on my face. I'm all for making sure a plate is presentable before going to the customer's table, but that should have been done in the kitchen. Now here comes my food. And y'all know, everything had tomatoes on it. After the note clearly states "no tomatoes." Then she says oh I'll take them out. Hmmm, NO, MA'AM, you won't. You will not be digging into my plate like you just did the previous guess food. PLEASE THROW THAT ONE AWAY AND MAKE A NEW SALAD W/O TOMATOES.I will not recommend this place at all. I see why only 2 tables only had people sitting at them during busy lunch hour.

I am a frequent lunch guest. My wife and I ordered at 9:05 pm and thirty minutes later this garbage is what we received. This is NOTHING like what is normally served. My 2 “sides” was a literal HALF of a whole pita bread…. Not even one whole piece, ice cold and the most bland rice I’ve ever eaten. If the order was too late then CANCEL THE ORDER. Don’t charge me for this garbage. HIGHLY DISSATISFIED and frankly disappointed. I will be going to your competitors who have a grasp on quality control.

I stumbled upon this restaurant the other day and was pleasantly surprised. I love my Mediterranean food and have had some of the best in the country. This place was fantastic! Excellent service, good pricing, family friendly, great cocktail and wine selection. If you’re coming into town to visit the Bass Outdoor Pro Shop, this place is basically in the same shopping area.

Oh, boy. I used to occasionally visit this restaurant when I lived in New Orleans years ago. The food was good, and it was often busy. I am back in town this month and stopped by this restaurant twice as I had had good experiences previously. When I dined in last week, the waitress took a long time to bring out even our drinks as well as everything else, but I thought it was understandable as she was working alone. When I stopped by earlier today to pick up an order I had placed online, I had to wait a total of about 70 minutes. There was only one table dining in, two other noticeably irritated customers, the waitress and two other male staff members (perhaps one was the owner?) who didn't seem to be doing much of anything. The waitress was told by both customers before that something was missing from their order, and when one lady asked for her missing salad dressing, she rudely replied "for what???" When my food was finally ready, one of the other customers told me to double check my order. She had received a lot of pita bread for her hummus, but I only received two pieces. When I asked the waitress for a little more, despite having been made to wait such a ridiculous amount of time and having received an abundant amount of pita with my hummus the week prior, she told me that it would be an additional charge. She then proceeded to lecture me in detail that bread, lemons, etc. had gone up in price and that the owner was struggling to stay in business. I understand the situation, but I was really surprised that she would share that instead of even simply apologizing for the inconvenience. The look on the other customer's face was complete shock. Not once did they apologize for anything.Undeniably some of the worst service I have ever received. Will not be going back again. If you are allegedly having a hard time staying in business and have little traffic, the least you could do is focus on providing decent service for the few people who are willing to eat at your restaurant so that they will go back again.

Amazing tasting Lebanese food. Great family restaurant. Service always nice. My son loves the Chicken Shawarma plate, tender, flavorful juicy chicken. The hummus, batata Harra, grape leaves are amazing. They kabobs and gyros plates are great. Honestly all the food is great.

So to start off I placed my order on line. When I arrived at the restaurant to pick it up, I had to replace my order for some unknown reason causing me to go over on my lunch break. Second thing I paid in cash. But because nobody else had paid in cash there was no change. I tried to give my card but was told “ I already put you paid cash.” No problem I just counted out a bunch of coins. (Glad I had them). The humus was average at best and my gyro was a bit dry. So two stars is being generous. Because the Tea was awesome!

Food was decent, but that’s it. Service was horrible, and the waitress was rude. She didn’t even offer us pita bread or anything. Then when we asked for hot sauce she brings us a big one after we asked her 5 times for it. Then at the end she charges because she said it’s a large, but we said we never asked for a large. Then when serving us drinks she doesn’t even tell us they have no straws which is inexcusable for any restaurant.

Phoenicia Is my favorite Mediterranean restaurant in the GNO. The food is so good! The kafta is my favorite, but everything is fantastic. Big portions for the price! Service is always great there. They really care that you’re enjoying your meal. I’ve never had to wait to be seated.

The atmosphere was nothing to write home about, it was pretty plain and dull. But the food was incredible. Probably the best lamb I have had.
