This was our first visit and it was great. The food was really good. The best fried calamari I’ve ever had. Everything tasted fresh. Our server was good as well.
Always good. I know staff is a straggle nowadays but our waiter was awesome. Be back soon*be nice to people to serve your food*

I hardly ever write reviews however, I am compelled to make note of the experience I recently had at PF Chang’s. I was super impressed by the level of customer service exhibited by R.J. Although the food took longer than expected, R.J. fulfilled our meal by telling funny jokes and truly making our table as hospitable as possible. No doubt, I will be visiting this restaurant again and I hope that the rest of the staff is as pleasant and efficient as R.J. 5 stars from me.

Big thanks to Allie for awesome service tonight, you rock! And we don’t know what you told the kitchen, but that was the best example of Spicy Chicken and Eggplant we have tried yet. Seriously, though, the Spicy Chicken and Eggplant was fantastic. There was so much flavor I was surprised at the complexity. Every bite was better than the last, mmm mmm. Bring ya hungry, this one is going to fill you up BIG. Always love the atmosphere here, and the amazing service made the night perfect. And the SCE, of course.

We had an amazing server and we even ended up having the same name, Hannah! All thought I was pretty upset about the no paper menu she did offer me an iPad as well as teaching me how to use it! So many new items and so many recommendations she ended up giving me. All in all, I ended up going with the chicken lettuce wraps and mongolian beef. Now may I say, those lettuce wraps are to die for! I really like how you can build you own. The lunch portion of the mongolian beef is just the right portion for one. Didn’t have enough room for desert, but definitely will be back. A+ on service, definitely the best I’ve had in a while from here ??
Came here during a busy dinner, my server Hannah was very helpful and got my food out as fast as the kitchen could. I could see they were short staffed so I didn’t mind waiting. I ordered the crab wontons and mongolian beef, both were very tasty and great atmosphere. 10/10 recommend.
We had a very bad experience in this restaurant. The appetizer serve fast maybe in less than 10 min after we placed it. But the entree we waited almost an hour, the server never check on us after she serve the appetizer, our drinks need to be refilled, it was a slow during that time. Thats why i wonder why take so long for our entree. So the server showed up to our table after an hour with our food, she never apologized for taking it so long, she never buss the empty plates , she never ask if we need anything and she never refill our empty glass. As soon as she serve the food she left right away. 2 minutes after we’re surprised because she brought the BILL on our table, we never ask for it yet since the food just served and we still want to order some dessert and cocktails. She had 4 different tables , she treated all well, except our table. The reason it’s because we are Asian. FYI not all Asian are cheap. We used to work in a restaurant so we know how it works..
