Moes is my favorite but this one closes at 7 pm in the middle of dinner time? I was shocked and disappointed when I showed up.
They need to be more consistent with their portions. They should really stir the food because you can see that some of it's been sitting there for a while. Last but not least, can you please buy the manager 3XL gloves. He's had a problem with gloves that don't fit/tear for the last few years.
No matter when I go there or what I eat it is always delicious I love that I can get either my burrito or my nachos or my specialty Bowl created just how I want it I love that they have specials on different days and there is an app that you can use
Arrived twenty minutes prior to closure time, and doors were locked. I love Moe's but this was disappointing.

This place has really gone downhill. My last visit was the 3rd time in a row that they were out of sweet tea. Their response is either that they'll make more tomorrow or that you can just drunk coke instead. Raising Cane's does a phenomenal job of keeping their drinks flowing, and their cashier is directly facing the drinks station, so this place has no excuse.We've also had a number of other errors on each visit. The receipts show 4 meals when there were 3 of us, because the guy didn't know which button was queso. My friend ordered the wrap and the girl at the end just rolled it into a burrito. No one, even the manager, knows how to process a refund. It's just an absolute mess.
Horrible employee management just chit chatting away with employees instead of helping them and managing them. If yr going to talk under your breath go in the back and do it....generally what I would tip I just bought the ascustomer next to me their dinner. Asking for gratuity is completely unacceptable fyi....food give it 4 3,/4....ciao
Got 3 steak tacos and a steak and carnitas burrito, all of it was excellent. Workers were very friendly and helpful, and the man who made my burrito had the voice of an angel. (Specifically Amenadiel from Lucifer)
