Every weekend, especially nights- ONLY servicing Uber eats and Door dash. As if that wasn't bad enough, it takes sitting in line for 10-30min before even finding out that I can't order the damn happy meal. McDonald's vs. Kid, that's another review.
Seriously takes forever. It took like about 30 minutes just to take my order. They didn’t get my order right. Last time they were screaming at my aunt and my mom just because we told them they didn’t get our order right. They even said “YOUR MOM” worst service. And all this happens like a month ago.
Dipped through the drive thru for a latte n sausage biscuit. I'd say I spent 10 to 12 minutes from the time I entered the line til the time I pulled off from the drive thru.The young man taking orders was very polite. It's refreshing to experience hospitality in an industry that seems to be out of tough with politeness. We need more of this.. Thanks!My latte was great and my sausage biscuit was soft. I enjoyed the visit n I'd return!
Upon entering , my wife and I stood in line for a good few minutes waiting for an employee to take our order. After realizing no one was going to come to the counter, we begrudgingly ordered through the kiosk. My wife then went to the bathroom to find all the stalls were dirty ,out of toilet paper and the floor so slick with grease that she almost slipped and fell. While waiting for our food to be made, we witnessed the manager handle money ,wipe her nose and then without washing her hands ,pick the food up off the line , place it in a customers bag and then hand it off. After all this, there was no ice in the drink machine . Upon asking for ice,the employee stated it would be a minute, because he would have to fill up all the Ice and went back to what he was doing. So I was forced to ask the girl working the McCafe machine if she would mind giving us a small cup of ice. The manager saw this and did absolutely nothing about it. Overall, I am displeased with the service I received. The lack of hygeine , cleanliness, and general uncaring attitude from the employees almost made me leave. But our kiddo was in the car and she's the reason we stopped in for breakfast in the first place. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because the food was decent. Will not be back to this particular location in the future and will be contacting corporate.
I ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese biscuits with 2 hashbrowns..I asked them to substitute square egg for round egg like I've done every other time.They charged me 3.98 to substitute round egg. For 2 bacon egg cheese biscuits an 2 hashbrowns was 16.77. When you try and question it they are extremely rude.The last few times I've come to this McDonald's it has been the worst...Im done these people have taken my last hard earned dollar
Garbage service. They clearly don’t care about earning a dollar. Just waited 27 minutes at the speaker to order. Multiple cars drove off. We finally get to order and the food is cold. ??. Hopefully, this location gets shut down. I’ve been to numerous McDonalds all over the world, and this one, by far, is the worst.
Ordered two happy meals for the kids today. They were both missing items. The service is slow and rude. The product quality is low, even for a McDonald's.AVOID THIS LOCATION.
At this location when I got to the drive through speaker staff would only say pull to second window. I responded with I haven't placed my order yet and was told "I know,second window" .lf your mic and register are working why wouldn't you just take the order and say that it will take a while or something? 2nd mc Donald's in 1 night with technical difficulties. Will be a long time before I even think about going to mc Donald's

Waited in line for 48 minutes, yes that long, to finally order and get my food and then literally half of a $28.00 order is missing from the bag. Horrible service, horrible attitude of the employee. This place should be shut down if you are under staffed and equipment is broken. They steal your money by taking it and not giving you your food, not to mention your time.
