The servers were kind, and there was food that came out, but the food was room temperature at best, and it took at least 10 minutes to even take my order. After they swiped my card is when they said that there was no receipt to be given out, so it was too late at that point to say never mind or that that was unacceptable. I live less than a mile from here and again, the food was cold when I got home. Which is also unacceptable. It wasn't even warm. And that's being generous. I haven't been to this location in a few years for this reason, but thinking that things might have changed and friends told me that it got better, I gave it a chance. But I will never come back here again. Deplorable excuse for any type of restaurant. I'm sorry I wasted my time, money, and calories. Definitely not worth it...... I'm pretty sure the only reason it ever gets decent reviews is because it's the only one within a couple miles. I would rather drive to Kenner or New Orleans if I ever have a burger craving.
I dont care what anyone says, but this is by FAR THE BEST AND CLEANEST MC DONALDS IN New Orleans.Heres why, other mc Donalds are usually closed at night which is weird because its 24hrs or they say their system is down. However this place never does have such problems lf it ever does, it probably means the entire mc Donalds in New Orleans has a problem!Thank you
If an establishment claims they are open 24 hours then they should be open 24 hours, and that is simply not case here. I came at 2:00 am several nights in row expecting to get some late night nuggets only to be severely disappointed each time as the drive through came back with no response and the doors being locked, even though the lights are on and people are in there. I went in one night and saw several workers sleeping. Google says this place is open 24 hours but they are not and this place should be charged with fraud.
Food is consistant with the franchise. Lobby is often closed witbout signage or reason, never carry Diet Dr Pepper but advertised on menu, inconsistrnt customer service, from terrible to friendly.
They say open 24hrs...but they are not. Some nights they'll close at 2 am, some days 3, and don't open again till 6 am. Change the hours posted if you aren't going to be open 24hrs.
Always clean. They are very efficient here. Pretty consistently good for McDonald's.
Obviously is not 24hrs. Sat in my car almost 20 minutes because my order wasn’t taken. All in front of the intercom.Finally drove off and got gas station snacks.

I'd made an online order---waste of my time.I don't blame the workers, I blame the management and owners and company itself for not providing living wages and affordable healthcare.To the boomers, etc complaining about "no one wants to work anymore": exactly. I wouldn't either for those garbage wages and stress of dealing with people like you. I imagine you'd also balk at the higher prices needed to pay workers better. Can't have it both ways!
Long drive thru line so we went inside and received fast service. The staff is friendly and got our orders correctly. This is the best McFlurry I’ve had in a while.
