Service here is beyond slow. I now know why this place is empty when most places are crowded. The employees dropping loud f bombs probably doesn't help either. The baked potato I ordered looked like it it sat under a heat lamp for about 10-15 minutes despite the place being empty, and the salad that I had the avocado southwest salad had inedible avocados and it that were so unripe they couldn't even be sliced with the included knife. This was beyond bad
Dang near $4 for a soda. Cashier gave me a sarcastic answer after saying no thanks to the drink. Sandwich was decent but small for almost $14 with a side. There's something in the water there if you know what I mean.
I walked in and was stared up and down by a worker who was a guy, skinny face, mustache, etc. He is clearly new as I am a customer who came to this location before they closed up. The lady didn’t know how much money to give back to the customer, they have NO experience or common sense what so ever. Extremely unprofessional place.
The orders are never correct. I even called the store before my order was picked up to make sure I got everything. Called the store back to let them know the issue and they blamed the Uber driver for not making my to go drinks!

Food was good. Floors & half the tables seemed dirty or were sticky. The counter to order was sticky.
You can't go wrong with McAlisters for luch.... and the ice tea is the best!!
