Ordered from this restaurant via UberEats within the hour. I was charged for an "add-on" which I wasn't even told or given an option about.. I called the restaurant BEFORE delivery driver picked up order and was told about the add-on charge. I then kindly asked her to remove the add on and of course refund/adjust the extra charge asap since driver was on the way to pick it up. I was told by the staff member that "the lady who handles online orders is on the phone but we'll call you back as soon as we can." Of course immediately after driver picks up order I received a call from a lady there who said there's nothing they can do about it. I kindly asked her why I wasn't at least notified and given an option about a so-called "add-on" beforehand as a common courtesy (Incidentally, no other restaurant charges me for the exact same "add-on") and why didn't the other staff member I spoke to BEFORE the driver picked up the order simply handle the very simple issue herself especially knowing that the driver is on the way and since apparently you were "on the phone." She then began to continuously speak in Chinese even though of course our conversation up to that point was in English and clearly understood by both (no language issue or misunderstanding, etc). This was my first ever order from this restaurant and needless to say, I won't order anything from there again. This disingenuous business practice/behavior of "scamming," essentially, for an extra couple of dollars over retaining repeat business is sad.. I will personally let others I know of my experience with this restaurant.
I tried this place twice and the first time was okayish but the second time was a disappointment. The general tso's chicken is gonna be more fry than chicken but is seasoned enough to make it acceptable (but there are better spots to get this at). Just had their kung pao chicken and they need to rename it to "celery with some veggies that are definitely the bag of frozen veggie mix at the grocery store and 4 thin strips of chicken". I've made kung pao chicken on my own before and had it come out amazing. I've had kung pao from other places that doesn't hold up to the homemade stuff but is worth it for something quick and convenient. None of the other times had I eaten kung pao did they ever throw in celery but this one was 70% celery. It's like they took a frozen bag of veggie mix and fried it down without sauce but added the sauce after in the container expecting people to think it was edible. I'd rather eaten a sandwich and chips than this. The rangoons are more cream cheese than crab (expected to some degree but more empty than the usual cheap spots are). My fortune cookie didn't even come with a fortune! I haven't happened in all the time I've ever had Chinese takeout. My advice to them, if any of them are reading these reviews, is to reduce the veggies and meat with the sauce. Something that simple makes a difference. This tastes like low effort crap otherwise that I don't want to waste money on in the future.

I'm sorry but I ordered fried rice, egg rolls, a chicken dish. All of it was disgusting. I don't know where any of these five star reviews are coming from. This was some of the worst Chinese food I have ever had . At least the chicken was cooked all the way through and I don't have to worry about getting sick.
Zero customer service. This place will screw up your order than not replace the food. They just give you different sauces then tell you you can eat the same now cold food from driving back and forth to their restaurant. GREAT!!

This small, family-run restaurant has very tasty food that is ready pretty quickly. Yesterday was my first time ordering through Uber Eats (I usually call and pick up) and all went well. This is my go-to place for takeoutChinese food in the area.
2nd time in a row they have totally messed the order up, ordered shrimp egg fu young and the other thing they put in it was green peas and shrimp, my grandson order said no vegetables and they loaded it down with vegetables. Done ordering with them, his was supposed to have green peas only in his chicken
10 minutes still hasn't failed. Order always ready on when i arrive. Good take out place
