They did not attend me being at the door of the place they just wanted me to pass by car, poor customer service
Let me start off by saying that I actually like the pizza here. My review is based on the customer service. Or should I say lack the of. We couldn't get anyone to answer the phone for several attempts. The employees are less than kind. When we accidentally got double charged, the person seemed bothered to have to correct it. We have experienced bad service here a few times to the point that we will probably never go back.
You don't go to a take pizza place for the best pizza, you go for the fastest service. The pizza is consistently good and hot-and-ready as advertised. In line maybe a minute tops.
This store has lost my business forever. Thank's for another pizza chain store just a block down the road.Out of 4 visits to this store I was ignored completely twice so I walked back out and spend my money at another major pizza chain store (if they don't want my money? Fine! I'll take it somewhere else) and one time I was served by a person with his pants sagging (do that at home if you think it's cool but if I have to look at your underwear while ordering my food I don't even want to imagine what's going on on the back of the store)Time for new management in that storeUnder this management I will take my money just 2 blocks down the road
This particular location is a joke. Don’t go. I have not been able to get a pizza from here in months. Yesterday there were 2 employees throwing a football in the parking lot. One of them was the drive thru attendant. They actually answered the call box for a line of cars to order but after waiting in line to pickup and pay for 15 mins the window never opened for any car to actually receive their order. I just drove off along with everyone else in line.

Usually LOVED. Recently, absolutely not good. don't answer for pick up. And when you go,They told me udidn't order cheese sticks after I was already in the line for 15 min. And pizza was burnt. Waste of calories.
They say they are open from 11 to 11 pm but every single time I've tried to go there they are closed or refuse to answer their drive thru. Either way they lost a customer. I've been trying to get pizza for a month. Looks like papa John's is gettiny money from now on.
They only had stuffed crust and one order of bread sticks when we ordered at the speaker. We got to the window and no bread sticks. They made up for it with another pizza and were apologetic. Very kind and friendly service. Great experience and awesome pizza!! Thank you
