I’m a regular customer at KFT and they have been cheap with their topping. I have been ordered the longan jujube drink all the time there (5-6 orders/ time), however I got very little stuff in my drinks yesterday. I’m disappointed!
The people were very friendly. I had the mango snow and it was extremely delicious. Can't wait to go back.
My two friends and I go get our favor mike tea, I brought 14 drinks and my friend brought 11 drinks . When we go get the drinks, one of the lady said….if we brought so many drinks at 25 mins before close the store, we need to call them first, because they will be run out the drink and we hold up the line too.I’m not happy with their service, if she want to go home early or don’t like to take our order, she can tell us no more. Also her attitude so bad look like my mom to telling what yo do I have to listen. I’m a customer, and it is not for free, I have to pay for it.I never seen a place doesn’t like to do business, she so rules.
I've found my new favorite go to for a great drink. Very friendly staff and great atmosphere.
I enjoyed the pineapple slush, orange mango tea and the mango snow. Going back to try some other ones. Plus the employees were very courteous which meant a lot.
We were welcomed as we walked in. I wanted to try something new and they gave me a couple suggestions, I went with their WOW brown sugar series black tea. It was very tasty and not too sweet. Great service and staff.
My go-to boba place in Metairie! The actual tapioca has the perfect sweetness and texture. My favorite drink is Mango Snow!
It was out first time here and it won't be our last. I don't usually like bubbles in my tea but I always try them when we go somewhere new. The bubbles here are delicious and I can't wait to go back and get another drink!
The workers work efficiently and are polite when taking your order. There is no dine in because of Covid I assume. Also if you have a pet with you, they are not allowed inside last time I checked. Other than that, the bubble tea was fresh and tasty, they had variety and they put alot of boa Boba in your tea.
This is a location of a popular milk tea franchise. I've had kung fu teas in several of their locations. It's not the best, but usually it's pretty solid. This location however isn't far. The main issue is consistency. Regardless of how you specify your tea order, you won't get what you order. You can generally specificity sweetness and ice. I'm not sure what the issue is, but it never comes out stuff.Also, every time I've been here, there's a very strong, overwhelming smell of cheap floor cleaner.
